Small steps,
big changes.

I work with children and teens and have found the most effective way for primary children to access therapy is at school. After the initial consultation, if your child’s school is open to the therapy happening in school they can then be brought into the conversation to arrange the logistics. I work across different schools in Bristol and it is very easy to set up. For secondary school children, online sessions or sessions at my home or yours tend to work better. Below is how I work.

Work with me

Free Connection call.

Drop me an email to discuss your child’s needs. We can explore whether you would like an initial call to see if you’d like me to work with your child, you can tell me what they are struggling with in a free 15 - 20 minute call.

Initial Consultation.

I like to always do this session in person so will travel to see you and your child in your home where I can. This works well as a family session and for the parent to be there where possible, so you can all hear the powerful explanation of how our brains work. This gives you a shared language as a family and you as the parent or carer will understand the basis for subsequent sessions should you wish to go ahead. You will be sent a hypnotherapy, relaxation MP3 to use between sessions.

£50

Subsequent Weekly Sessions.

45 minutes - Calm, focused sessions tailored to your child’s goals. Including solution focused psychotherapy and guided relaxation.

£70

What began as a passion project, learning this therapy to equip my children, has evolved into something more. I know how hard it is to see your child struggling with their feelings and I feel so passionately that all children should be taught how their brain works. This therapy is rooted in neuroscience and is such a kind therapy for children which gives them life long skills.

What sets this therapy apart is that we don’t look at the past and all the things that could have been, we look forward to how they want things to be and most importantly how to get there.

I’d love to hear from you if you are a parent or carer or work in education and would like to hear more about my work, please get in touch.
