Solution focused therapy will help you deal with situations that you are not looking forward to including stressful social occasions or work commitments, phobias or anything that is getting in the way of you doing something you want to do.
From the very first session you will learn why you are feeling the way you’re feeling and what you can do about it. We work quickly towards your goal, helping you visualise small achievable changes that would make a difference to you.
The consultation gives us a chance to get to know each other. I’ll ask you all about what you would like to achieve from our sessions, and give you an introduction into the brain and why we feel the way we do. I’ll then send you a hypnotherapy MP3 for you to start listening to ahead of our first session, ideally no more than a week later.
We’ll kick off by going over the neuroscience of how our brains work.
This is the part where I’ll be asking you questions. The premise of this is that you know your life better than anyone else - I’ll help you identify what needs to happen to get you back on track.
Every session ends with 20 minutes of hypnotherapy. This is where your conscious and subconscious mind come together to focus on the same thing.
The initial consultation is free and each session after that is £60. We work quickly - many people only need between 8 and 10 sessions.
